We are a group of psychologists in Edmonton, Alberta who provide quality mental health care. As a mental health group, we assist members by providing therapy, coaching, and more. Our Services
Individual Therapy
Therapy for one individual that incorporates EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy. We will get to know you and develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.

Couples therapy assists in addressing, resolving conflict and improving your relationship. A treatment plan will be developed to ensure your needs are met.

Family therapy focuses on treating all members of a nuclear and extended family, in a group setting. This approach emphasizes the family as a whole, while considering relationship and communication patterns.

Children’s Therapy
Children's therapy is intended for individuals between ages 4-17 years. Different therapeutic modalities will be incorporated which include EMDR, CBT, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
Please note consent from legal guardian is required.
