Children and teens experience many emotional, social, and developmental challenges as they grow. At ReFocus You, we provide children's therapy in Edmonton and St. Albert for children and adolescents ages 4–17. Our therapists create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young people can express themselves, develop emotional awareness, build resilience, and learn practical skills to navigate life's challenges. We work closely with parents and caregivers to support positive growth both inside and outside of therapy.
Our team uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each child's unique needs, including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and other child-centered interventions. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns, school-related stress, trauma, self-esteem, grief, or social difficulties, we help them develop the tools and confidence needed to thrive.
With convenient in-person appointments in Edmonton and St. Albert, as well as secure virtual therapy options across Alberta when appropriate, we make it easy for families to access professional mental health support
Children’s Therapy is intended for individuals between ages 4-17 years. Different therapeutic modalities will be incorporated which include EMDR, CBT, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
