Savneet Singh is a Registered Provisional Psychologist (P7473) with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Savneet believes in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their inner worlds, patterns and lived experiences. She strives to be a grounding and authentic presence - someone who can help clients uncover their own strength, resilience and capacity for change. For Savneet, being a part of a client's journey towards growth and healing is both an honor and a privilege.
In session, you can expect authenticity, humour, empathy and gentle directiveness. Savneet values building trusting relationships where clients feel seen, respected and supported as they navigate life's challenges.
Savneet approaches her work through a trauma-informed and trauma-based lens, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy ( DBT) and Attachment-based Therapy to create a treatment plan that fits each clients unique needs. She is passionate about working adults and teens in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relational concerns, intergenerational trauma and boundaries.
Outside of her work, Savneet enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places through travel.
