I believe therapy is more than simply addressing challenges. It is an opportunity to understand ourselves more deeply, recognize patterns that may no longer serve us, and create meaningful changes in how we experience life and relationships.

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I provide counselling in both English and Spanish, working with adults and couples navigating emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, anxiety, cultural identity, and significant life transitions.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centred practices. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, which informs my work with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate relationship challenges.

I have a particular interest in the ways our upbringing, relationships, cultural experiences, and personal histories influence how we think, feel, and connect with others. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating immigration, cultural adjustment, identity, and the complexities of building a meaningful life through change.

Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to each personโ€™s unique experiences, values, and goals.

My hope is that our work together helps you not only navigate what feels difficult today, but also develop a deeper understanding of yourself and greater confidence in the life you want to build.
