Brooke Noels
Brooke Noels is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Physical Education. With over seven years of experience in the mental health field, Brooke has worked across diverse settings including non-profit organizations, school-based programs, and private clinical practice.
She has had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan—from children and youth to adults and families—helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional, relational, and developmental challenges.
Brooke’s therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her work is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that each client feels safe, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
She believes that healing begins within a safe and secure therapeutic relationship, where trust and compassion are central. Brooke is committed to creating a non-judgmental space where individuals feel supported in exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change
