Daniel believes that meaningful change happens in a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and respected. He values collaboration, curiosity, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship. He strives to meet each client where they are at, empowering them to draw on their strengths and values as they move through life’s challenges.

Daniel has experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depressed moods, trauma, grief, identity exploration, self-esteem, life transitions, and suicidal ideation.

His approach is integrative and tailored to the individual needs of each client. Some of the modalities Daniel draws from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). He also incorporates creative and expressive techniques such as art-based therapy and mindfulness practices when appropriate.

Daniel is dedicated to cultural humility and continually works to provide affirming, inclusive care for clients from all walks of life.

Outside of the therapy space, he enjoys spending time with family and his mischievous pup!
