ReFocus You works with clients of various ages. We offer counselling services to children, youth, adults, families and couples. We  work with individuals from diverse cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations. 

ReFocus You brings a non-judgemental, warm, genuine, empathetic, and supportive environment when working with individuals.  We also take a client centred approach when working with clients in order to empower and motivate them to make the changes they desire within their life. We also incorporate various modalities including Attachment Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), prolonged exposure therapy, internal family systems therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy.
