Our couples therapists use evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, to help you break negative cycles, communicate safely and rebuild closeness. Sessions are a neutral space: your therapist doesn't take sides. They help you both feel heard.

For intimacy concerns, we also offer sex therapy.
