Child & Teen Therapy in St. Albert

Our St. Albert clinic at Erin Ridge Pointe (#170, 75 Neil Ross Rd), open Monday to Thursday 10 am to 8 pm and Friday 10 am to 5 pm helps children and teens with anxiety, big emotions, behaviour, school stress and more. After-school and evening appointments make it easier to fit therapy into family life.

What we help with

  • Anxiety, worry and fears

  • Low mood and depression

  • Anger, meltdowns and big emotions

  • School stress, bullying and friendship problems

  • Grief, divorce and family changes

  • Trauma and difficult experiences

  • Self-esteem, identity and peer pressure

  • Sleep and routines

Our St. Albert therapists use play-based approaches for younger children, and CBT, EMDR and solution-focused therapy for older kids and teens. Parents are involved in a way that fits your child's age, so the skills learned in session carry over at home and at school.
