Kenna Kruhlak

Kenna Kruhlak, a compassionate Mental Health Therapist registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (Member #11251306). With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from MacEwan University, Kenna has spent the last 4 years as a behavioral specialist, optimizing students' experiences in the education system according to their needs.

With a passion for helping people, Kenna believes in fostering an environment where clients can embark on their healing journey with her support and care. She approaches therapy with a client-centered perspective, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and meeting individuals where they are without judgment.

She utilizes creative and compassionate techniques, such as play therapy with children, to help clients express themselves and process emotions.
