Denelle O'Reilly

Denelle O’Reilly is a Registered Provisional Psychologist 6662p with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychologist Association of Alberta (PAA).

Denelle works with children, adolescents, and adults. She believes that everybody deserves to receive support, and that no problem is too small—or too large—to work through in therapy. Denelle is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, accepted, and ready to navigate life’s challenges. She knows that every individual has the ability to create positive change in their lives.

What works for one client may not work for another. Denelle works collaboratively with each client, ensuring therapy is tailored to fit their unique needs and goals. Some of the modalities Denelle utilizes are Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. In addition, Denelle utilizes play- and art-based techniques with her younger clients.
